This project came into being in early 2017, when three of the organizers had a conversation about the worrisome state of the world and, with the unpredictability of the USA and North Korean leaders, the rising nuclear threat.
We decided the only response to make us feel more hopeful and to try to make a difference was to take action. Each of us believes deeply in the power of youth, so we decided to find a way to bring young people together to find their own inspiration through an international Youth Summit.
